Credits pay for videos. You buy them once in a pack and spend them across all effects.
Buy a pack
Choose a pack and pay by card or PayPal. Your credits go to your account email, the address you sign in with.
Pick an effect
Each effect shows its credit cost before you pay. Most effects use 30 credits, and longer effects use more.
Get credits back on failure
If a video fails, its credits return to your wallet automatically. You can try again with another photo.

How many videos can I make with a pack?
The estimates use 30 credits per standard video. Some effects use more credits. Each effect page shows its exact cost before you pay.
Do I need an account to buy a pack?
Yes. Choose an effect and add your photos first, then sign in at Make with Google or an email code. Your credits belong to your account email. Earlier guest packs still open through their private links.
Can I use one pack on different effects?
Yes. Your pack credits work across the effects library. Choose an effect and check its credit cost before making your video.
How can I pay, and is tax included?
Pay by card or PayPal. Card checkout adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and shows the total before you pay.
Do credits expire?
No subscription needed. Pack credits never expire.
What if a video fails?
Your credit comes back automatically.
How do I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support@effectfarm.com from your checkout email address and include your order number.
I lost my links. What now?
Go to /wallet and choose “Email me my links”. Use your account email, or the checkout email of an earlier guest purchase. Wallet links work for 7 days and order links for 30 days. You can request new links when they expire.
Where is my receipt?
Link (Stripe), the merchant of record for card checkout, emails your card receipt. PayPal sends its own receipt for PayPal payments.
Which email should I use?
Use an email address you can open. You sign in with it, your credits belong to it, and your private links go there.
