What Effect Farm collects, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
- Account: your Google name, email and profile picture when you sign in.
- Uploads: the photos and motion videos you upload, and the videos we generate for you.
- Consent record: the time, IP address and terms version when you confirm you have the right to use your uploads.
- Payments: PayPal order and capture IDs and the payer email PayPal returns. We never see your card or PayPal password.
- Usage: basic logs and anonymous analytics (pages visited, referrer) to run and improve the site.
Why we use it
To generate your videos, keep them in your account, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and answer reports and support requests.
Who processes it
- AI model providers (WaveSpeed, running Kling Motion Control): receive your photo and motion video to generate the result.
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage.
- PayPal: payments.
- Google: sign-in.
We do not sell your data and do not use your uploads to train models.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and motion videos: deleted within 7 days.
- Generated videos: kept in your account until you delete them or close your account.
- Consent and payment records: kept as long as needed for legal and fraud-prevention reasons.
Your choices
You can delete your account in Settings, which deletes your videos. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@effectfarm.com.
Children
Effect Farm is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly process images of minors and remove them when reported.
