Refund Policy
When Effect Farm credits are refunded automatically, how to ask for a refund of unused credits, and how long it takes.

Effect Farm sells one-time credit packs. 1 credit = 1 AI video. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Failed videos: refunded automatically
If a video cannot be generated, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. This includes:
- the AI model fails or times out;
- our safety check blocks your photo, your motion video or the result;
- our safety check is unavailable, so the video is not generated.
You do not need to contact us for these.
Unused credits: refund on request within 14 days
- You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits already used for a generated video are not refundable, because the video was delivered.
- If you used part of a pack, we refund the unused credits at the price you paid per credit.
- The free preview is free and has no refund.
To ask for a refund, email support@effectfarm.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your receipt.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
Problems with a video
If a video looks wrong (for example the face or hands are distorted), email us with the video link within 14 days. We review each case and may return the credit.
Account bans
If an account is banned for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, unused credits are not refunded.
